Review by hotel critic
The hotel I recently stayed at in a mid-1800s gold rush town offered a unique blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. Situated near the world's highest suspension bridge, the views were simply breathtaking, allowing guests to witness the majesty of the rushing river below and the Rockies in the distance. The Royal Gorge Route Railroad provided a memorable experience, perfect for photography enthusiasts like myself.Despite the town's wild past, the hotel's facilities for disabled guests and express check-in/check-out services added a touch of convenience. The room included thoughtful conveniences like a desk and a phone with free local calls. The 24-hour front desk and guest laundry facilities highlighted the hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction. The presence of artistic and cultural attractions in the area made it an ideal destination for visitors of all ages. The staff was accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout.
